Flora Wines
Class Project
Project: For this project, I was tasked with creating a compelling brand story and executing a design vision that supported our company narrative onto a glass bottle packaging.
Key Research Insights: Flowers and wines are often described in similar ways. The aromas of flowers are often used in wines. People often pair flowers and wine to create a perfect gift for a loved one.
Big idea: Wines inspired by the notes flowers - Flora
Solution: I wanted the basis of my brand to be a wine that used flowers as inspiration for each blend. I also wanted to use this opportunity to pay homage to my early artistic discovery days where simple floral illustrations were majority of my endeavors. Hence: the formulation of Flora. Flora is a line of wines inspired by the moods and notes of different flowers. Flora makes it possible for anyone to master the art of using wine and florals to create the perfect mood for any occasion. In order to curate each wine and flower coupling, Flora has a hands-on approach in scouting out the finest grapes from all over the world. The winemakers craft a unique grape expression for each varietal in order to create rich, delectable wines for any occasion.
Touch points: Wine Bottles & Labels: The wine labels for Flora picture the flower illustrated on the front in a sleek, playful manner. The back of the label describes the flower on the front label and connect this description with the notes and aromas of the wine.
